Disclosure of Information
Morgan Healthcare Audits, LLC (MHA) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the confidential information we receive about our clients and their members. Protected Health Information (PHI) is kept safe and confidential. As an advocate of HIPAA, we will comply with the privacy standards of federal and state laws and regulations including but not limited to HIPAA, and amendments and regulations that may arise over time relative to patient confidentially. We abide by the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information at 45 C.F.R., Parts 160 and 164. MHA will not disclose confidential business information or non-public personal information received from our clients and former clients, their members or consumers to anyone, except as permitted by law.
Security of Your Information
MHA maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentially of all information received and restrict access to that information to only those persons who need to use the access to perform our auditing services.
