Dorothy L. Morgan, Vice President and Director of Information Technology
Dottie’s responsibilities at Morgan Healthcare Audits comprise of managing the Information Technology department, human resources, and the electronic side of Morgan Healthcare Audits financial operations. Dottie brings a level of data processing expertise coupled with pharma industry experience that is highly respected in the auditing community. Dottie’s efforts assure MHA’s clients that data integrity issues will never be the cause of missed recoveries. This expertise allows our auditors to concentrate on findings, knowing the data will always be clean and pristine throughout the audit process.
Her communication skills and ability to simplify technical information in easily understandable terms makes her an invaluable point of contact for our clients. This also makes her instrumental in coordinating the workflow between the Information Technology department and the Auditing departments.
Over the course of 20 years, Dottie has gained extensive pharmacy Point of Sales claims processing experience and associated protocols. She has held positions in the health care industry with First Health Services, Capitol Blue Cross, and Prudential Insurance Company, in addition to gaining banking experience at Dauphin Deposit Bank. Dottie has gained invaluable experience in many aspects of the industry including operations, finance, compliance, and strategic planning. With extensive experience in both mainframe and PC based shops, MHA has yet to find a data file that she could not convert.
Dottie has Degrees in Applications/Mainframe and Management Information Systems. As well as being highly proficient in COBOL, COBOL II, CICS, TSO, MVS/JCL, ViaSoft, FileAid, Eztrieve, Windows 98 through XP, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and MSSQL.
