Morgan Healthcare Audits, LLC., (MHA) is a consulting company which provides Pharma Industry audits and related services to health plans, third party administrators and agencies of Local, State, and Federal Government. MHA assists in recovering overpayments, managing health care costs and assists in criminal litigations.
We began in 1992 and for the past 15 years, have created a name for ourselves through tenacious investigative work and analysis by assisting pharmacy chains, insurance companies, government agencies, pharmacy benefit managers, law enforcement and investigative agencies.

Using this unparalleled experience coupled with the latest computer technology MHA has pioneered original methodologies and techniques to conduct audits of Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM) and Pharmacies.

A WORD OR TWO ABOUT OUR LOGO!
The logo of Morgan Healthcare Audits, LLC (MHA), as represented by the graphic above is called the "Impossible Triangle". The Triangle can only exist as a two-dimensional image as does the data we work with on a daily basis. Law Enforcement Agencies we work with call “Collusion” between a doctor, pharmacist and patient the “Impossible Triangle” because it is difficult, at times, to make two-dimensional printouts of data clearly showing 3 way collusion. MHA has been able to consistently analyze and present evidence garnered from two-dimensional data (in the three-dimensional world) leading to convictions in 100% of the cases in which we have been involved.
After testifying in one such case, David Morgan was talking to his son, explaining how the conviction was achieved. His son left the room and came back with a printout of the triangle and said “This is what you do, Dad” The “Impossible Triangle” has been our logo ever since.
